1. 顾客走进商店，店主最常用的两句话是：Can I help you? 或 What can I do for you?但是，一般不说：What do you want? 或 What do you buy? 因为这不太礼貌。有时店主因事(如生意太忙)，未招呼顾客，顾客也可以主动发问或提出自己的购物想法。如：Do you have any shirts for little girls? (你有小女孩穿得裙子吗?)I‘d like to see the cap. (我想看看这帽子。)
